Statement:

After 20 years of service as Constable for the Manistee Justice Precinct, I am seeking this position to continue serving my community. Though I retired last year, I still have valuable experience to offer.  With Judge Donald Watts retiring soon, I believe now is the right time to step forward and help the Manistee Justice Court Community.

Qualifications:

  • I am familiar with the Justice Court System.  I have worked with several different Judges during my 20 years.  I have learned from all of them.

  • I work well with the people in Manistee Justice Court.  The clerks, judges and constables all have valuable input and work together for the court to run smoothly.

  • I know resources for the community.  I have worked with City Community Actions Programs, other law enforcement agencies and various outreach groups.

  • I was Warrants Supervisor for Maricopa County Constables for four years.

  • I have also been a licensed electrical contractor in Arizona for over thirty years.  I have worked with contractors of all trades.  I have worked with businesses, homeowners and landlords.  This is good experience to have when dealing with civil matters.
